Refund policy
Shipping to the European Union
EU customers purchasing items are responsible for payment of VAT to the carrier. EU customers purchasing items valued at over €140.00 are responsible for payment of VAT and customs to the carrier.
Tax-exempt status
NWRA charges sales tax in the following states: Minnesota and Michigan. If you are a tax-exempt individual or organization in those states, you are able to register with us as a tax-exempt entity prior to placing your order. Please note that tax exemptions are not able to be backdated to orders placed prior to registration. To register with us, please create an account in our online store (link here), and email your tax exemption documentation to nwra@nwrawildlife.org. We will follow up with you directly to confirm that your tax exemption has been processed.
Returns and refunds
If you need to return a product, please email nwra@nwrawildlife.org. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product(s). Products returned after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for store credit or a refund. NWRA does not accept returns for products no longer carried in the store.
Policy for physical publications and merchandise
If your product is returned to our fulfillment center undamaged, you have the option of receiving store credit or a refund. Store credit is offered in the amount of the product’s purchase price. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee. We do not refund tax or shipping fees. Products that are returned damaged are not eligible for store credit or a refund.
Policy for ebooks
We do not offer store credit or refunds for ebooks that have already been downloaded. If you purchased an ebook in error, do not click the download link and contact nwra@nwrawildlife.org. If you are having trouble viewing your ebook, please refer to the “Tips for Purchasing Ebooks” found in the product’s description or email nwra@nwrawildlife.org.
